Comments and compliments are always welcome. If you wish to make a comment or suggestion about any aspect of your treatment, please leave us a note at reception, addressed to the Practice Manager or send an email to email@example.com
We operate an in-house complaints procedure which adheres to the National Criteria. Please email or write to us if you have any concern about the treatment you have received. We will address your concern in a timely and professional manner. Your satisfaction with the treatment and service you have received is of the utmost importance to us and any complaint will be thoroughly investigated.
